Amenity Guidelines & Reservations

Residents now have the flexibility to make reservations from the comfort of home! When using amenity spaces, we ask that you please follow Community Standards and Policies. Should you have any questions feel free to contact us at directly at sharongreen@sares-regis.com.

Please understand that reservations are at management’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel reservations to accommodate all residents.

To make a reservation, scroll down, select the amenity you would like to book and simply fill in the requested details. Reservations only available 3 days prior to reservation.

Amenity Information

Fitness Center (Indoor & Outdoor)

As of March 25, 2022, reservations are no longer required to use the Fitness Center.

Hours: 7:30am – 10:00pm, daily

Access: Residents should use their key fob to open the Clubhouse door (nearest the BBQ gate) and again through the gym door.

Fitness center is for residents only.

Swimming Pool

As of March 25, 2022, reservations are no longer required to use the Swimming Pool.

Hours: 7:30am – 10:00pm, daily

Access: Residents should use their key fob to open gates

Pool use is for leaseholders and their guests only. Guests are limited to two (2) per household. (occupants and minors are not leaseholders and are not allowed guests)
Please do not move pool deck furniture.
NO GLASS OR PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE POOL AREA

Sport Courts

Hours: 6am – 8:30pm, daily

Access: Residents should use their key fobs to access the sport courts.

Courts are for residents and their guests only
Maximum Occupancy on Courts – one resident + three guests
Use of the Courts are limited to one-hour reservations
Each household is entitled to one (1) reservation daily.
No shows will be kept record of. Any resident with repeated no-shows will lose reservation privileges.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is open from 7am to 10pm daily on a first come, first serve basis should there not be an exclusive rental.

Exclusive Rental:

Hours: 9:30am – 9:30pm Daily (4-hour blocks of time)
Reservations can be requested below and will be finalized upon completion of a rental agreement (sent via DocuSign).
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rental Deposit: $200
Rental Fee: $1,000 for first 4-hours ($150 per additional hour)

Pavilions

The Pavilions are open from 8am to 9pm daily on a first come, first serve basis should there not be an exclusive rental.

Exclusive Rental:
Hours: 9:30am – 9:30pm Daily (4-hour blocks of time)
Reservations can be requested below and will be finalized upon completion of a rental agreement (sent via DocuSign).
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rental Deposit: $200
Rental Fees:
Great Lawn Pavilion & Heritage Treehouse - $300 for first 4-hours ($50 per additional hour)
Fireside Terrace - $1,000 for first 4-hours ($150 per additional hour)

BBQ Area

Hours: 7:00am – 10:00pm Daily

Access: Residents should use their key fob to open the gate (near the BBQ area and closest to Building T).

Residents and resident guests only
First come, first-served

Bocce Ball Court

Hours: 24/7
Courts are for residents and their guests only
Residents can pick up a Bocce Ball set from the Leasing Office during business hours. Government issued ID is required for use.

Dog Park

Hours: 24/7
Dog Park is for residents only
