Bayfront Park – Menlo Park

You and your on-leash pet will love this park’s mix of easy and challenging trails that feature beautiful views of the bay.

Nealon Park – Menlo Park

Pets are welcome to play off-leash in the baseball field at Nealon Park from 8:00-10:00 a.m.

Willow Oaks Dog Park – Menlo Park

Small and large dogs share the space in the enclosed dog park at Willow Oaks. The park features a double-gate entrance and grass coverage, as well as an enclosed children’s play area and tennis courts.

Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve – Redwood City

Take your pet for an on-leash hike throughout this large, lovely nature preserve, or let them run free in the designated off-leash area. Be careful, though, there’s no fence.

Shore Dogs Park – Redwood City

This is a completely fenced, off-leash dog park with a double-gated entrance and separate areas for large and small dogs. Benches, drinking water for dogs and doggie waste bags/dispensers are available.

Stafford Park – Redwood City

Play a game of Frisbee on the well-kept lawn or simply take a stroll. Pets are welcome to join you on-leash in the designated areas of this park.

Baylands Nature Preserve – Palo Alto

Take your dog on-leash (unless posted otherwise) throughout this 1,940-acre preserve – one of the largest tracts of undisturbed marshland remaining in the San Francisco Bay.

Foothill Park – Palo Alto

Bring your pet with you to play on-leash at this wonderful public park. Note: Pets are welcome on weekdays only.

Hoover Dog Park – Palo Alto

Pets are welcome to play off-leash at this dog park, which includes drinking water, trees, gravel, and a separate area for small dogs.

Mitchell Park – Palo Alto

If you’d like to play with your dog off-leash, venture toward the south side of the park behind Spangler School.

Pearson Arastradero Preserve – Palo Alto
